This week's guest is one of the smartest men I've ever met and has the greatest resume I've ever seen.

He produced the Jackie Robinson radio show, was the President of Bendix, was a professor at Harvard Business School and was the Managing Partner Worldwide of McKinsey & Company. He was also White House Staff Director of the Carter administration. He believes that one of the most important things in life is "finishing well" and that life is a series of chapters.
