Our guest this week grew up in Dearborn, Michigan and began working at his family’s restaurant at age 8 as a dishwasher.

In 1964, his mom & dad, Antonio Sr. and Enrica aka “Mamma Rita” founded Roman Village Cucina Italiana in Dearborn, Michigan.

Since 2008 he’s been the President & CEO of the 4 Antonio’s Cucina Italiana Restaurants & Roman Village and is the founder of The Rugiero Promise Foundation and its signature fundraising event, The Rugiero Casino Royale.
