This week's guest grew up in Detroit, the youngest of 10 children. She joined NBD as a teller and 27 years later was the Regional Executive of the Retail Midwest Region. In 2005 she became the President & CEO of Charter One Michigan. She is also the Chair of the Parade Company and former Chair of the Detroit Regional Chamber.
